Sonja Denelzen from Cedar Healing Arts and I are delighted to share a weekend dedicated to the season of Metals and Minerals. We will be exploring the energetics of the minerals within the metal season of autumn and how malas are wonderful tools for creating new frequencies in the mind and assist us to let go of what no longer serves us, as well as the support to help us feel grounded in our direction in life.
We will explore how our emotional energetics mirror the great teacher of nature.
The weekend will offer meditation, teachings, stone exploration, contemplative mala making, qigong, yin yoga and sound journeys and delightful vegetarian meals.
Cedar Healing Arts Centre is 2 hrs north of Toronto in the gateway to Muskoka, a 7 min walk to
the lake.
We can accommodate 9 people.

The best malas are created with 6, 8 mm or 10mm beads. The holes in them should be 1 mm. You are welcome to bring your own stones, or you may purchase from my collection. You will need 108 beads + a few slightly larger or different textured beads. My gemstones range from $0.75 to $2.50 per stone.
When we did this in the fall it was such a beautiful experience, to make your own mala! I (Sonja) have been meditating with my mala for the past 7 months, and it is such a touch stone to bringing me into the alignment that I selected my stones to do. The act of beading and knotting the Malas is a rich, meditative experience in itself, then to have something to journey with you in this sacred journey of life, to infuse with your intentions, it becomes a personal power object.
